President Obama & Hillary Clinton Have Both Committed Serious Crimes Against The American People, Yet No Trial Or Jail Time, Why????

Folks, there is one sore spot that the majority of the American people have with President Trump and the Republican Congress is their seemingly refusal to go after President Obama and Hillary Clinton for their crimes against the American people while in office or running for office of the President!! There is no question that both President Obama and Hillary Clinton committed serious felonies against we, the American people, yet no trial or jail time, why not??? In the case of President Obama, he "unmasked and exposed private information about thousands of American citizens without the approval of the special Federal courts to do so, each  a law breaker according to our laws"!! He also authorized  the "wiretapping of President Trump and his campaign managers another law breaker"!! In the case of Hillary Clinton, she misused classified material on a private email server including top secret information and then committed perjury before Congress to cover it up!! She also repeatedly "lied to we, the American people, about this which should be a crime but is not"!! Her Clinton Foundation not only accepted "millions of dollars in bribes from American interests, but also international bribes from countries like Saudi Arabia and other world countries to gain her favor, putting her up for sale to  the highest briber", all of these are law breakers too! Do you see why folks, the American people think there is a "two tiered system of justice in America, one for them while we, the American people, abide  by our rule of laws"?? What the hell is the matter with President Trump and the Republican Congress that they do not go after these law breakers and bring them to justice, are they afraid of them??? If the American voters can standup to President Obama and Hillary Clinton and show guts and courage by bringing them to justice in their 2016 election defeat, why can't the Republican Party and it leaders show the same guts and courage in bringing both of these former Democrat leaders to justice too, for that is not too much  for the American too ask, is it??
