President Trump & American People:How To FUND THE WALL Today & Not Shut The Government Down!!!!

President Trump and American people, one of the major fights going on today is between President Trump and the Congress over "Funding The WALL" at our southern border with the President saying he will shut the government down when the new budget comes up at the end of September 2018 if it is not funded!!!  The criminal Democrat Party does not want the WALL built because they want  those illegal aliens to cross that border by the millions because they need them as illegal alien voters to win elections like in 2018!! The Republicans are dragging their feet on Funding The WALL because American businesses want those illegal aliens as cheap labor that they do have to pay benefits to and a living wage too!! The American people by 70% want the WALL built to provide safety security to them from criminal illegal aliens!! What I am going to propose is both legal  and does not need Congress to approve!! Mr. President, about two weeks ago you announced that our American government  had collected $1.4billion  in tariffs from countries like China, Canada and Mexico in the trade wars that have been going on!! You announced that this money was going to the Treasury to apply to the national debt!!! This   money is free money collected by the American government which I mean it is not taxpayer money and thus not subject to approval by the Congress on its usage!! Why not use that tariff money to apply to  FUNDING THE WALL, on a "pay as you go plan along on building the WALL", while you wait for Congress to make up its mind on how much they are going to FUND THE WALL in the coming budget!!! You will not have to shut the government down and  the courts can't stop you for there is no law governing how that tariff money is to be spent except you can't spend it for your own personal use!!! The Congress only will give you about $2billion in the budget for the WALL in the new budget and you can still use the tariff money if they give you that,  to supplement the WALL fund  until it is paid for!! Canada may settle the tariff war if they find out they are  paying for the WALL and China too
 but in the meantime the WALL will be built!! You may even draw out the tariff war with China until the WALL is built and paid for!!! Warning to Congress members, if you try to stop this with a law, we, the American people,  will "nail your asses to the WALL with our votes in the coming 2018 election with a crushing defeat if you try and  defeat this"!!! We, the American people, want the WALL built and we aren't taking anymore "crap from the Congress on building or funding  it anymore "!!! Mr. President, you use this tariff money to build the WALL and we, the American people,  will back you all the way!!!
