President Trump & Funding The WALL:Two New Options For Funding Without Needing Congress Approval????

President Trump, with illegal alien caravans threatening our American country and you having to use up to 15,000 of our American troops to protect that border, the American people by 65% are demanding that the WALL be completely funded for their protection from this caravan  illegal alien invasion!! The criminal Democrat Party Mob  violently opposes that WALL because they need those "illegal aliens as illegal voters by the millions to replace we, the American voters, in future elections"!!!! The Republicans are "dragging their feet to Fund the WALL funding it  drip by drip with a billion dollars at a time being allocated, because American business needs cheap labor"!!! In the mean time, we, the American people,  are being invaded and over run by the illegal aliens!!! Mr. President, you are threatening to shut down our government in this next budget vote if the WALL is not fully funded !! Here are two options that you might consider so you will not have  to shut our government down!! Option number one, set up a fund run by the American people and over seen by the American government   and let the American people contribute to Funding the Wall ourselves and to "hell with Congress and their foot dragging"!! We, the American people, have you, Mr. President, to thank for the booming economy and jobs market and we can pay you back for it by Funding the  Wall with contributing some of the extra money we got  to Building that Wall  we desperately need!! Both political parties think we cannot do it, but  the American  people have a habit of doing the impossible when we are told we cannot do it!! Second option two!!!  Right now we are in a trading war with China where we are charging them with billions of dollars in tariff on their products coming into our America and you have said there will be as much as $200 billion in tariffs for our American government before the trade war is settled!! You have been sending the tariff payments to the US Treasury to pay off the national debt by the billions!! Why can't you divert $25billion of tariff payments to pay for Building the WALL, since you do not have to get Congress approval on how the money is spent since it is not taxpayer monies!! You could use this as threat to Republican Congress if they do not Fund The Wall completely  this budget cycle!!! It would make the Congress look like complete utter fools to the American  people and would guarantee your election in the 2020 election for the American voters are really "angry and pissed off that the WALL is not Funded fully  to protect them and their families"!! By using either of these methods, you can really send the criminal Democrat Party Mobs to be totally "crazy and nuts and get the damn WALL Built also" for our protection  and the protection of our families as well!!
