 Cheater Joe Biden in a recent Town Hall meeting showed definite proof that he has "lost his mind completely to dementia and old age senility"!!! The man cannot speak as the American leader with out having "major screw ups and has to use a prompter where every thing he says has to be written  out for him to read from that prompter!!! He is a severely mentally handicapped American leader who has to be lead around and watched monitored completely for he cannot speak for himself with any independent thought for he makes mistake after mistake when he does speak!!!! He uses the BIG FAT LIE when he does speak and gets caught and exposed time after time!!! This is why they have to keep him hidden not only in the 2020 election but also now today in his White House bunker!! The only thing that he is good for is to sign the American leader orders that his "far left wing radical handlers prepare for him, not knowing what he is signing at all period"!!! He so bad  that VP Kamala Harris has to not only watch  over him as one of his "handlers", but now she has to take all foreign leaders telephone calls because they do not trust him to do it!!! Don't forget also that even with his mind loss, he is still in "charge of the nuclear codes to launch our nuclear weapons with mind gone completely due to his dementia and old age senility"!!!
