All American Voters: Did The "Secret Service Delay Taking Out President Trump's Sniper Attacker Until After he Took The Shot's And Missed Deliberately"????????????

All American voters, did the "Secret Service delay deliberately slow walk the  taking out of President Trump's shooter and waited until he  took the shots, until after he started shooting, to stop him"??? Both the Secret Service and the FBI in their testimony before both Houses of Congress either "failed answers basic questions or stonewalled  any answers with the truth over two weeks after the killing attempt, why???? The Secret Service had knowledge of the  strange acting person for as  long  as half an hour before the speech and did nothing!! He was seen in front of the building using a rifle range finder to find his distance to President Trump and no alarm!!! Then he was seen  by Trump supporters climbing to the roof with a rifle   which the Trump supporters there pointed  out  to the Secret Service and police and still nothing was  done!!!! President Trump's personal Secret Service detail was  not  informed of the threat and sent President Trump to the stage not knowing there was an armed threat out there  6 minute before the shooting!!!!  The Secret Service  sniper was only able to shoot the sniper only after he shot President Trump in the ear!!!! Here are two questions that may explain all of these "failures and why this attempt was almost  successful and may explain all of  this!! Did he ex-Director of the Secret Service who resigned ordered the agent in charge of the Secret Secret Service to "slow-walk the attempt to take the shooter out until after he shot and only did when he missed"?? A bigger question, did someone higher up in the Biden Administration order her to do it"??? More and more after each new fact  that is exposed that is exactly what they all wanted done  and it almost became true!! They would not face defeat in the 2024 election like it  is going to happen today, because he would be dead!!! If you take all of their failures together in this shooting attempt, this may prove how "crazy, insane and just plain nuts they all are the as  the criminal national political party organized crime empire they all are today!!!GOD will help us all of this is true, period!!!!  Elect President Trump and  a total Republican Party  all across our America is our answer to this as all the  free American  people and voters, period!!!....
