A new element has been entered in the Hillary Clinton private email server that may force President Obama to "think twice about his refusing to push any FBI recommendation for indictment of her breach of national security"!! A legal expert in discussing the case said that the FBI had to empanel a "secret grand jury to get the legal backing that the FBI needed to push and recommend such an indictment against her"!!! The FBI would need that grand jury to force people to testify in the case to tell the truth or face perjury charges!!! This would change the whole "ball game for President Obama", for he would have to defy a grand jury proceeding to get Hillary Clinton off and could endanger his own legacy as President by opening up charges of obstruction of justice charges by defying this grand jury and could even make him an accessory after the fact if he did defy that grand jury!! This would also put President Obama's last year in office where he himself could end up being charged with criminal activity and would ruin his time in the office of President completely!! The question that he will have to ask himself is "Hillary Clinton worth all of the pain and aggravation that she has caused him or is it better to just dump her and get Joe Biden to run in her place"?? There is no love post between President Obama and the Clintons and she has caused a "scar to be made on his legacy as President and she must pay for possibly wrecking that legacy"!! You can bet that the FBI is CTA (covering their asses) on this indictment of Hillary Clinton with the grand jury and even President Obama cannot be that "dumb and stupid enough to defy a grand jury proceeding or will he be that crazy and do just that"??? The Democrat Party has to know that if this indictment comes about because of a grand jury recommendation, that would doom their chances of their winning in the election of 2016, no matter how much they lie to cover it up!!! The very laws that President Obama has broken in his 7 years in office, just may force him to push an indictment against Hillary Clinton, proving that our American "rule of law does work after all"!!!!!!......(Second blog at tumblr.com/commonman1).......
