As President Obama has his term as President wind down, the one thing that all Presidents look for as they leave office is "what will their legacy be while they were in that office in American history'?? All Presidents want to have a "good legacy that the American people can be proud that they helped them to create', but President Obama has a couple of problems that could hurt that "legacy in the eyes of the American people'!! First, he has the American people by 75% saying that they do not believe or trust him any more!! Secondly, the American people by 80% say that we are headed in the wrong direction under his leadership!! The biggest problem with his "legacy is yet to come and can destroy his legacy as President completely'!!!! There is almost no question that the FBI will be forced to recommend that Hillary Clinton be indicted for her private email server and her mishandling of classified materials and now there are indications that public corruption charges will be added due to donations to her Clinton Foundation by foreign countries!! This is going to be "political dynamite for his legacy as President, for he will have to decide whether to indict her or not if he wants to save his legacy as President'!!! If he does not indict her, his "legacy as President is in the toilet in the eyes of the American people', for he will be remembered for covering up this corruption!! He could open himself up to charges of "accessory to that corruption and becomes a law breaker himself" with that cover up!! That is why Hillary Clinton is "pandering to and supporting his polices completely in her campaign in hopes of keeping herself out of jail or court" even though she may hate those policies!! The smart thing to do would be to recommend the indictment especially if there are more that 1600 charges against her, which is the number of classified materials found on that private email sever so far, with more to come!! President Obama is going to be caught "between a rock and a hard place on this problem when it comes to his legacy', for he will be "damned if he does and damned if he does not", so make the right choice Mr. President and save your "legacy"!!!!!!......(Second blog at tumblr.com/commonman1).......
